Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition with original packaging and tags intact. Custom‑made goods, intimate products and opened beauty / fragrance products are final sale and non‑returnable.
You must contact our customer support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending back any items. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be rejected by our return warehouse.
- For defective, damaged or incorrectly‑shipped items: We offer replacement, partial or full refund at our discretion.
- For buyer‑remorse returns (change of mind, size preference etc.): The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Due to high cross‑border logistics costs, for low‑value items we may offer a partial refund without requiring you to return the product.
Once your goods are received and inspected at our US‑based return warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3‑7 business days to your original payment method. This does not include additional bank or payment‑provider processing delays.
The official return address will be shared with you after your RMA request is approved.
